Avrin Innovations is a Nigerian software consultancy that builds mission-critical systems for complex industries. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Jos, Plateau State, we work with organizations where software reliability, regulatory compliance, and data integrity are non-negotiable requirements — not optional features.
Our focus is systems that carry real weight: platforms that handle real money, real patients, real citizens, or real legal obligations. The industries we serve cannot afford to treat software as an experiment. Three beliefs shape how we work. They are not values statements — they are positions about what good software engineering requires in high-stakes environments.
In regulated industries, the question "what happened, and when?" is eventually a legal question. Most software is built to show you the current state of things — which works fine until a regulator, an auditor, or a court needs to know what the state was on a specific date, authorized by a specific person. We build systems that retain a complete, permanent record of every action: what was submitted, what changed, who authorized it, and when. Not as a feature. As a foundation.
Regulatory requirements that are added to a system after it is built tend to fail under scrutiny — not because they are wrong, but because they are sitting on top of a structure that was never designed to support them. The audit trail has gaps. The data that should have been captured was not. The reporting requires manual work to be usable. We treat compliance as an architectural concern from the first design conversation: built into the data structures, the workflows, and the access controls — not applied as a layer at the end.
Whether it is a retail investor completing their first share purchase, a patient accessing their health records, or an operations officer managing a compliance queue — the person at the interface is trusting the system to be correct, to protect their information, and to tell them the truth about what is happening. Reliability and good design are not in tension. They are the same obligation.

Founder & CEO
Oreoluwa founded Avrin Innovations in 2022 with a focus on building serious software for industries that demand it. He leads client relationships, company strategy, and overall direction.
Chief Operating Officer
Gideon oversees Avrin's operations, delivery processes, and day-to-day management. He works across client engagements to ensure projects are delivered to the standard the company's positioning demands.
Head of Communications
Chinaza leads Avrin's external communications, content, and brand voice.
Lead Software Engineer
Olaere leads Avrin's technical work — system architecture, engineering decisions, and hands-on development. She is responsible for the design and delivery of Avrin's production systems, working across the full stack from data architecture to user interface.
Based in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. We work with clients across Nigeria and deliver remotely.
Our location is a deliberate choice. Jos offers focused working conditions, lower overhead, and distance from the noise of larger tech hubs. We have chosen to build serious things from an underestimated city — and we think that says something about how we approach problems generally.
